He has a bachelor's degree in Business from the Philippines and a Certificate from Culinary Institute of America. He moved from the Philippines to California to pursue his career in cooking where he worked at numerous restaurants (Bazaar, Nobu, and Ink.) as well as Michelin starred restaurants (Somni**, Vespertine**, and Maude*). He believes that cooking is a craft that must be sharpened and honed. After trips around the globe, he is ready. And yes, he still loves to eat.

She has been in the restaurant industry since she was 17. In 2012, she seized the opportunity to move to the USA to pursue cooking wherein she graduated LATTC with honors. Since then, she's been working towards her dream. Working in restaurants like Nomad DTLA, Etta, Somni**, Vespertine**, Maude*. She views food to be Honest and Holistic. She has a sense of love for nature and her attention to detail is unparalleled.

A UCLA alum & seasoned veteran in the hospitality industry, has dedicated over two decades to refining her expertise at a variety of chef-driven establishments. With her career deeply entrenched in the vibrant South Bay area, she has managed many beverage programs in the area and is on her way to being a certified sommelier. This makes her the ideal partner to bring Katya and Kevin’s innovative culinary creations to the forefront, ensuring that each offering resonates deeply with both locals and visitors alike.
